We had so much fun Sunday during this engagement session. I asked Tiffany several questions to get to know them more and tried to incorporate several items. Josh proposed to Tiffany at TWU so we had to start there getting a reenactment of the proposal. We then went out in the country to a friend’s house to shoot the rest of our session. Josh loves old cars and likes to rebuild them so I found a car that he would like. We laughed so hard several times and just had a blast shooting. We could of shot all day as much fun as we were having. Here are a few from the session…It was so hard to narrow down my favorites!

Sherie and Jack are tying the knot in a few weeks at the Scarborough Faire. Since their wedding will be a full Renaissance theme, they wanted to do a western engagement session at the Stockyards. We had fun Saturday morning and several laughs! Jack surprised Sherie around Valentine’s Day with a horseback ride so Jack pulled a few strings and we were able to get a few shots of them on horses. These were a few favorites from our session…

WOW!!! That was fun! Chris and I are beat but we had fun meeting all these new brides!! We really had an amazing booth so we know that helped!! I won a booth design for Wed Designs and they really designed us a great booth. With the help and my talented father, he took this design and constructed the booth with some minor twist! My dad is an phenomenal contractor and puts so much heart into everything he builds. So a big THANKS to the designers and my daddy!! We donated a door prize that was given away during the fashion show and also a giveaway at our booth. So a big congratulations goes to Kristin Smith who is getting married this September. She was the lucky winner of our drawing!!

Thanks to all the brides that came out and helped raise over $800 for a medical scholarship!!

These two are so great to work with. I am looking forward to this wedding in February!

This was the first session of 2010. (I think it’s going to take me a while to get used to saying “2010″.) Nikki and Caleb are planning their wedding for August. I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement pictures while in town from school. These two have to be one of the sweetest couples! Caleb is so in love and Nikki is head-over-heals for him. We had a beautiful day and captured some great images. This was my favorite moment between them.

Danielle and Daniel sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G…

So Daniel called me last week and told me he wanted to surprise his girlfriend during a photo session and propose to her. I was so excited and honored to be a part of this special occasion! He had to pull several strings to get Danielle to want to take “Christmas Card” photos. I took them to a bench and got the camera ready and took two pictures, then down to his knee he went. She looked at him and said “What are you doing?” then she realized and said “Oh My Gosh”. It was the sweetest thing I’ve witnessed!! She of course said YES and several smooches later, Danielle realized she was set-up!! Congratulations you two and happy wedding planning!!

I was so excited to shoot these engagement pictures around Houston, on The Strand and at the beach in Galveston. We had a wonderful time and captured some great images. We did two shoots and I ended up with several hundred images. These two are so very much in love and it shows in the images captured. These were my favorites!!

Rachel is a close friend of mine and I am excited that I get to capture her upcoming wedding. She is gorgeous and is engaged to James who is the perfect man for her! Did you see the ring??? He did such a good job. He’s a keeper!! These are a few of my favorites from their engagement shoot on Sunday.

Mark and Nicole live in a small town in Oklahoma. Nicole searched the internet for the perfect location and found the Japanese Gardens in the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. This is such a beautiful place and we had it almost all to ourselves!! Mark and Nicole are getting married next summer in the Bahamas! These two a such a wonderful couple and were so much fun to hang out with! These were my favorites out of our shoot!
